#3  LOAN PROCESS

See... I already did all the leg-work during the Pre-Approval process, so, we submit to underwriting, receive a list of any other docs the underwriter needs, complete appraisal, and resubmit for final approval.

 

You'll be signing closing papers & moving into your new home before you even know it!
